3. Payment and Pricing

All purchases are processed in USD via Gumroad using PayPal or credit card. Prices are as listed on the product page or during checkout. Discounts, where offered, are time-limited. All sales are final and non-refunded, except where required by law. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.

4. Email Collection and Communication

Your email is collected at checkout to deliver digital products (e.g., PDFs, videos, templates) and, for Petbot - AI-Powered Sales Agent for Pet Shops, to activate your 1-month platform account at https://chatbot.skyflashdigital.com/. Login details are emailed within 24 hours; check spam or contact us if not received. You may receive product-related updates or marketing emails. To opt out of marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact ceosimeon@skyflashdigital.com. We comply with CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.

 

5. Petbot Platform Access

Petbot - AI-Powered Sales Agent for Pet Shops includes 1-month access to the Petbot platform, requiring setup with API keys (OpenAI, Google Gemini, or OpenRouter) and a Meta Business Account. After 1 month, continued access requires a subscription (see https://chatbot.skyflashdigital.com/ for details). We may terminate access for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms. 6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for following product instructions and providing necessary resources (e.g., API keys, Meta account for Petbot; Canva account for templates). Results depend on consistent action; many users fail without proper implementation. You must ensure compatibility with your systems (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Wix for Petbot).

 

7. Aspirational Claims and Non-Guarantee of Results

Any claims in our product, promotional, marketing, or advertising materials regarding financial success, increased sales, revenues, or improvements in efficiency or monetary gain (e.g., sales increases, conversion rates, or cart recovery percentages) are aspirational and based on outliers. Most users do not achieve these results. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that such claims are not guarantees of performance, and you indemnify and hold Skyflash Digital harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your failure to achieve advertised results. Your use of our products is at your own risk, and Skyflash Digital is not accountable for your outcomes.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content in Skyflash Digital products (e.g., PDFs, videos, templates, platform software) is owned by Skyflash Digital or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

 

9. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

Skyflash Digital is not liable for any losses, damages, or results from product misuse, improper setup, third-party issues (e.g., Meta, Shopify, API providers), or failure to achieve advertised results (per Section 7). You agree to indemnify and defend us against all claims arising from your use of our products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties (e.g., fitness for purpose, results) and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where such exclusions are prohibited by law (e.g., negligence causing death or injury).
